Maple Leaf's ESL Program
The ESL Program of Dalian Maple Leaf International School is established in alignment with the British Columbia, Canada Grade 10-12 Program. The ESL program is highly important for the following reasons:
1. It prepares students for Maple Leaf's unique high school (Grade 10-12) program
2. Successful graduation from Maple Leaf's high school program with a BC high school diploma opens the world of western universities/colleges
3. University diploma from a western English-speaking university opens employment possibilities in China, as China expands into world trade (or in other countries for our foreign students), as the world become more international.
Therefore our students' English proficiency and our ESL program standards are of critical importance.
Maple Leaf's ESL Program is divided into 10 levels (6 elementary and 4 middle school/high school ESL), focus on Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing and Grammar. Our ESL programs include a wide variety of teaching strategies/learning activities and emphasize higher level thinking skills.

Providing Wide Self-developing Space
Maple Leaf will provide our teachers with wide self-developing space. We have a large number of senior administrators and experienced teachers, and you can improve language and teaching skills by working and communicating with them. We also provide many training programs for ESL teachers to improve their teaching skills. With the development of our school there will be more opportunities for you to show your talents.

Recruitment Requirements
- Bachelor Degree or above, with a solid English foundation
- Love the educational career and devoted to English teaching reform
- Creative, open-minded and knowledgeable
- Cooperative and collaborative.
- Honest, diligent and eager to learn
- Domestic top university English major and/or abroad ESL training or teaching experience preferred.
Candidates' English proficiency: Native/native-like/close to native like
Age: 25-35
Work area: Dalian or Shenyang
