POTENTIAL PARTNERSHIP INFORMATION AND APPLICATION FORM

Ⅰ . 枫叶学校项目要求 Maple Leaf School Program Requirements
创办枫叶国际学校必须符合中国政府和加拿大不列颠哥伦比亚省的有关法规，以保证合作办学项目的质量。
A Maple Leaf School must meet several requirements from Chinese governments and British Columbia , Canada in order to offer its quality educational program.

Ⅱ . 枫叶对合作方的要求 Maple Leaf Partnership Requirements
与枫叶教育集团形成合作办学关系，双方的基础条件
Basic requirements to form a partnership with Maple Leaf Educational Systems :

合作方职责 Partner's obligations:

•  提供合适的校址
Provide suitable school site
•  提供高质量的校舍，包括教学楼、学生宿舍和教师公寓以及配套设施；建筑材料和施工质量必须符合枫叶标准
Provide quality school building facilities, including student dormitories and teacher apartments. Quality of construction/materials must meet Maple Leaf standards.
•  保证该合作学校获得本省或市教育主管部门的批准
Ensure to obtain the necessary certification from the appropriate government offices responsible for education in the province and/or city in which the School is located

枫叶的职责 Maple Leaf's obligations:

•  提供枫叶品牌、枫叶模式和枫叶管理
Provide Maple Leaf's trademark brand, Maple Leaf's module and Maple Leaf's management
•  提供校内家具，设备和教学资源（包括教师公寓和学生宿舍的家具）
Provide school furniture, equipment and teaching resources (including furniture for teachers' apartments and student dormitories)
•  保证该教育项目获得加拿大不列颠哥伦比亚省教育部认证
Provide educational program in order to obtain both BC and Chinese certification
•  招聘加拿大籍管理人员和持有加拿大不列颠哥伦比亚省教师资格证的教师 , 以及中方管理人员、教师和员工
Hire BC-certified administrators and teachers, and Chinese administrators, teachers and staff
•  执行和操作教育项目；所有操作决策权归枫叶
Implement and operate educational program; all operational decisions to be made by Maple Leaf
